    DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

    Shannon graduated from Bryant University with a Master of Science in Accounting in 2004.  She comes to the school as the Finance Director with over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting.   Shannon enjoys in her free time traveling, spending time with family, and exploring the different places in New England.

  • Kathy Army

    FINANCE ASSISTANT

    Kathy graduated from Fryeburg Academy and has been working at The Learning Community for the last 14 years. Prior to that, she was a stay-at-home mom, volunteered at her kids’ schools, and ran her Church building and budget. She also worked at Brown University in student life, was a Vacation Home Abroad travel agent, and worked at Kiddie Land Day Care. Kathy grew up in Maine and her great-grandparents came from England & Ireland. She is a wife of 40 years and mother of three girls and Mimi to 4 grandchildren. She likes to travel and spend time at her summer place with her family.

  • Wendy Interiano

    FINANCE ASSISTANT

    Wendy joined The Learning Community in 2015 as a Finance Assistant. Wendy has over 20 years of experience in financial and managerial administration specializing in personal and business taxation. When not at work, Wendy loves to garden, read, & hike with her two sons.

  • Guillermo Lopez

    DIRECTOR OF IT SYSTEMS

    Guillermo has over 10 years of experience in the IT services industry. Guillermo grew up in the West End of Providence and continues to live there. He is an active supporter of the local arts organizations and social justice programs that continue to transform the city of Providence. Guillermo is a hobbyist photographer who can take a mean selfie and cool cat pictures. It’s been rumored that he has a meme collection that’s taken up all his phone storage.

  • Jhonny Garrido Gonzalez

    IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

    Jhonny graduated from the Community College of Rhode Island with an A.A in Cell Molecular Biology and is currently completing his B.S. in Biological sciences from ASU Online. He previously worked in the biotechnology industry taking on roles in Manufacturing, Automation, and Research and Development. Jhonny has gained relevant, practical teaching experience through non-traditional means, teaching Sunday school and musical instruments with his church community. Work and church aside, you can find Jhonny walking a forest trail or trying new restaurants one bite at a time.
